Well, they did 55 years ago today. Joe Namath made history when he became the first player in Super Bowl history to be declared MVP without personally scoring or throwing for a touchdown.
I don't believe they've ever been back to the Super Bowl.

Hmm…interesting, Ken! Maybe it was the white shoes?! Wasn’t he one of the first to NOT wear the traditional, high-top black ones? I just read an ESPN article online about the creation of those white shoes. The Jets’ equipment man, Bill Hampton, got tired of having to put white tape over Namath’s black shoes, due to the quarterback’s superstition. A 1969 autographed pair that sold for at least $13,000

Not even close. But the Giants have been there a time or two.

Wow nugget! Not sure I would want them! lol! Those shoes look just as uncomfy as the shoes I wore playing HS football.
Yes barkeep, the Giants get lucky occasionally. To me, the Giants are one of those teams that just doesn't draft consistently. When Bengals owner Mike Brown gave up draft control to his head coach and scouts, things got better. Not sure how the Giants do it.
