This did not really happen. A pitcher gives up a Grand Slam Home Run to put his team down 4-0. The very next batter he faces hits a Grand Slam Home Run to put his team down 8-0. How is that possible?

Okay, the pitcher gave up a grand slam, was moved to the outfield while another guy loaded the bases, then he was re-insterted to give up another grand slam. My best guess!
And I've never heard of it happening!

Ken. You are VERY close. I was thinking the next game the pitcher would do that. As far as I know a pitcher taken out from pitching but not the game can stay in the game but cannot pitch in that game again. If that were aloud Ohtani would be in and out of the mound in the same game. And yes Ken. It never happened. It was just hypothetical.
