What Man was apart of the 40-120 1962 New York Mets and the 114-48 1998 New York Yankees?

Yes. Zimmer. I remember sitting on field level at a game at Yankee stadium when he was manager of the Red Sox. A drunk kept yelling at him, " Zinner! Your ugly!" He just turned around and smiled. Ken. Would that be GRAND UNCLE and not Great Uncle? Great Uncle is when the Man is the brother of your Great Grandfather.

He was my father-in-law's uncle. And they were close to the same age. He was a year younger than my wife's dad. Weird I know.

Don Zimmer told a story that George Steinberenner came to the Yankee locker room and was yelling at the team. Steinberenner said to them if there is anyone here who thinks they are giving it there all to help the Yankees win they can leave now. Zimmer said, So I got up and left. The next day Zimmer lost his car service.
