Barry Larkin. Derek Jeter hit only one grand slam in his career. That was against the Chicago Cubs. Pete Rose only had one grand slam in his career.

Yes barkeep. The reason for my question was my remembering Larkin getting teased here in Cincy for not hitting one forever. He was in his 15th season when he hit his first grand slam against the Mets on April 20, 2000. He only hit one more before retiring in 2004.
So yeah, Larkin = 2, Jeter = 1.

Ken. That reminds me of playing Softball. I never hit a Grand Slam, And that bugged me. So one time with the bases loaded I hit one in the outfield gap. All the runners scored and I got to 3rd base with the ball just coming into the cutoff Man. I thought to go for it that maybe he would throw the ball over the catchers head, After all this was Softball. Then I realized it still would be a triple and an error. No Grand Slam. So I stopped at 3rd base. I was only a base runner twice in my life when a Grand Slam was hit. Even though I was not the one to hit it, It was still a lot of fun to be a part of it. I looked up the photo of one of the fields on the internet of where I was a base runner. It is a parking lot for School Buses today.
